Peter Tapao was very attentive to my individual strengths and weakness during a group session. He noticed when I was able to keep up and pushed me with better technique and intensity, as well as when I struggled (cardio), and dialed it back, all the while assuring everyone else was getting his expert attention to form and breathing. He has great knowledge on dietary and nutritional subjects which he can leverage for his students.
Honestly, he's super genuine in every aspect on and off the floor and I'd highly recommend he apply his expertise to your health goals.
